Paula and her staff are amazing! They are compassionate and very skilled. They have a great relationship with hospice, if required. They took Mom through the end of her life in a situation that made it seem like she was in her own home. There was plenty of room for lots of family to gather around to visit with Mom. Whether it is heavier in facility care or in your own home care, Ellna’s staff will do what is required to meet your ever changing needs.
Paula and staff are amazing! Mom went there on hospice with about 45min notice and they were ready. It is obvious the hospice crew is also very impressed with the staff here. When you first walk in you might notice the smell of bacon, homemade bread, pizza, or cookies. Clean and comfortable for the family as well, expecially when there may be up to 6-8 people there in one day. Our family can not express the love and thanks we have for Ellna's!
Paula and Staff are angels, I called in a complete panic, the hospital was kicking my mom out after her 21 days in rehab, her assisted living would not take mom back because she could not transfer on her own. When I called Paula said bring her to me!! WE DID and it was the BEST PLACE. 24/7 care, anything mom wanted Paula said OK!
Paula, her company, and the others that work for her are great. I have used her for additional support in helping me with my husband and his Parkinson’s. She gives me peace of mind and allows me freedom to step away for a while.

Paula was recommended to us by hospice nurse. She was a Godsend to us. My husband was in the end stage of metastasic lung cancer and we wanted him to stay at home, Paula made this possible for us. She is so positive and upbeat, so very dependable. So many times we needed help she would always come at a last minute notice, whenever possible for her. I thank God that she miraculously came into our lives. She is a very rare person.
Ellna’s was a God-send for my family through the last stages of my father’s life. The staff came to our home to visit and care for him while we were at work and we took him to the daycare where he made many friends with staff and clients. As my father’s illness progressed it was an easy transition for him to live at the daycare full time where he was very happy. The staff supported my family through his final days and passing. I highly recommend this facility to anyone who desires a personal touch rather than an institution.
